Abstract
There are some kinds of protocols in the information networks, such as IP (Internet Protocol), CP (Transmission Control Protocol), UDP (User Datagram Protocol) and so on in Internet. In this aper, to solve ecourses of network and enhance the efficiency and the security of networks, we present a new protocol of network―SPDP (Security Policy Delivery Protocol). SPDP is able to decrease the visiting time when the service is not available. We analyzed the theory and the effectiveness of SPDP and gave the procedure of SPDP in detail.
